Canon doesnt work, AT ALL, with AirPrint. Canon doesnt work with this app! If you get Canon WiFi printer you are SOL!! 0 stars is being way to generous to rate this app.

Was apprehensive because of the low reviews. Downloaded for my Canon ImageClass MF 8580 Cdw Printed first try from Pages, Numbers and from my photos. Couldnt be more pleased.

Not sure what people are complaining about. I entered our office photocopier IP address and its been working like a dream ever since. Doc, PDF, photos, the works! It prints them all in a convenient fashion (i.e. click the "export" button in safari or whatever youre using, select the Canon Mobile Printing app, and just print).

I really want to love you guys, but this app and all that relate to your printers and printer solutions are terrible.. I expect much more from a hallmark Japanese tech company... Please improve.

The title says it all

Doesnt find the printer even when you give it up address. Every other app finds the printer just fine automatically.

I love this app, however iOS 8.2 causes some PDFs to fail when printing, while other continue to print.

Works only on wifi at a decent range. Cant print via Internet so if you want to print things to the home printer while traveling, forget it. App does NOT integrate into the iphone as a printer option >:( You must use apps browser if you want to print anything online within the app. Update... Better integration of its functions. It actually works now! But... Cant send to print online while away. Also, the wifi range is short so you need to be close to the device! Tweeking device settings is cumbersome and doesnt work at times. Itll work If youre within wifi range but dont expect anything special.

The app stopped working after a few days. Now if I choose print from the web, it shuts off!

Simple and easy to use.

This app is absolutely the best. Canons printers, along with this app, have restored my faith in printing from my phone. There is an option to correct the page distortion of a picture by dragging the corners of the screen to the corners of the page. Its phenomenal! Highly recommended.

Great app, very easy to use, make sure your iPhone and canon printer are on same router network, easy to detect printer, easy to scan image or document into your iPhone, great job, love it!

First I downloaded PrinterPro from readdle. They found my printer but it wouldnt print the test page. That meant downloading the companion app on my MacBook. It prints with my iPhone... If my MacBook was awake. I might as well just send it to computer and print. Next, tried ThinPrint. After a sort of extensive sign up, they couldnt find the driver for my printer to print wirelessly. Therefore, companion app again. This app took ten seconds to set up. My computer is asleep. Its printing flawlessly. Dare I say the interface for printing is much better than the paid apps. Simple, isnt it.

This app is very nice for what I need it for… to be able to quickly put a document or two on my Canon Imageclass MF212W and scan them directly to my phone. Works very nice for that. I dont need it to print with… I can just use Apples built-in air print, or whatever its called. The one issue I saw immediately was that if I link this app to my Dropbox account (to save images Ive scanned to my phone) anybody with access to my phone can open this app and root through my private files on Dropbox. No password needed. Just open the app. This app desperately needs to have at least an option for using a pass code or fingerprint scan for security. Let it suffice to say, I unlinked my Dropbox account from this app. Other than the lack of security options, this app meets my needs.

Purchased a new top of the line cannon printer/ scanner/fax MB-2320. The box and sales person both said would connect with iPad... Ive been trying for a week now. Cant get it to work and the 1-800 ok-canon tech support line is an endless stream of elevator music.... Very frustrated.

Having used this app for 1 full month, everything works great, print, scan, copy, all work from iPhone 6 S plus. Please make sure that your Cannon printer is connected into your wifi router network in order for iPhone to detect the printer on the app (WPS button on router+WPS push button setting mode on printer, both have to hand-shake to connect into wifi network) otherwise iPhone wont find the printer, making App unusable. Love the easy features to send scanned documents via email and iMessage or open in iBooks from the app. This App rocks, thank you Cannon. and it s great free app

The app generally works well with our ImageRunner. But I am having trouble printing a web report that uses CDs in a "print" media query to format the print version. Does the app support media queries?

This app does not support your printer. Cannon Mx870

I dont own a business or use this at a business but this app it the only canon app that works with my image class printer. Im fine with that. Great app

App description says it supports Maxify series printers, but when you go to setup the printer it warns you that Maxify is unsupported and sends you back to the App Store to download another app.
